For Customers

How to Sign Up for the Loyalty Raffle

1. Enter your full name in the “Full Name” field.
2. Enter your phone number in the “Phone Number” field (it will automatically format to (XXX) XXX-XXXX).
3. Click the “Sign Up” button.
4. You’ll receive a 4-digit verification code via text message.
5. Enter this code in the verification screen and click “Verify Code”.
6. Once verified, you’ll see a success message and your name will be added to the raffle.

Important Notes

• Sign-ups are only available during the time frames set by the admin.
• You can only sign up once per day.
• If you try to sign up outside the eligible hours or attempt to sign up twice in one day, you’ll see an error message.
• If you don’t receive your verification code, click “Resend Code”.
• To cancel the sign-up process, click “Cancel”.

For Administrators

Accessing the Admin Dashboard

1. Click the invisible button in the top-left corner of the screen.
2. Enter the admin password: adminpass777
3. Click “Login” to access the dashboard.

Admin Dashboard Features

1. View Participants: See a list of all participants with their names, phone numbers, and signup timestamps.
2. Select Winners:
   • Choose how many winners you want to select from the dropdown (1, 2, 3, 5, or 10).
   • Click “Select Winner(s)” to start the selection animation.
   • Winners will be displayed below the animation wheel.
3. Send Winner Notifications:
   • Toggle “Send Winner Message” to ON if you want to automatically notify winners via text message.
   • If left OFF, winners will be displayed but no messages will be sent.
4. Clear List:
   • Click “Clear List” to remove all participants from the current raffle.
   • This action requires confirmation and cannot be undone.
5. Logout:
   • Click “Logout” to return to the signup screen.

Theme Toggle

• Click the sun/moon button in the top-right corner to switch between light and dark modes.

Technical Information

• All participant data is stored locally on the device.
• The system uses SMS verification to confirm phone numbers.
• The winner selection process is completely random.
• The time restrictions are based on the local time of the user’s device.
